Mangal in Versmold

You have to wait a long time for your meal. Runs quite confusing. But it was tasty.

For the fact that there are so many dishes on the menu, it was surprisingly good. Inexpensive and tasty. Kebab dishes are simply good. The pizza dough is tasty. The salad is fresh and crisp. The dressing vinegar oil is ok, but there are others to choose from of course. My conclusion: if you don't feel like getting the kitchen dirty, then this is a good address.

It can't be slow anymore. In the beginning they were faster what was stated, now you have to phone afterwards where the food is. Other delivery services manage to call and apologize for being late. Especially for 2 burgers 2 fries and a salad takes over an hour is really not nice anymore. The food is not even warm .... !!!!!

It took a full 3 hours and two phone calls until we had dinner today. Incredible and real insight that this is not a condition really existed on the phone. Unfortunately not the first time that the delivery did not work (endless waiting time, wrong or incomplete delivery) - but for us the last time! Otherwise the food was only lukewarm and the burgers mushy. Customer-oriented is really different.

Despite the sympathy towards the staff, it was the last order in my life at Mangal. It borders on a miracle when you get the things you order. I don't know whether the orders are not understood due to knowledge of German or whether it is simply ignored. Sauces at kebab don't fit, even though I've almost spelled out what I want to eat. Last of 4 dishes ordered, 3 were wrong (pizza of course not cut, although you ask for it several times, but is standard). Deliveries have to be expected in about 1.5-2 hours (fact). I've wanted to give reviews several times, but each time I let it go .... a shame, a few years ago this was THE shop in versmold. 2 stars because the pizza is okay. Still, all the best and hope that things improve. Otherwise I can warmly recommend the Istambul grill. You get what you order (wow !!) fast and tasty. Best wishes

Own order app is available, but the salad is often watery. Otherwise the pizzas go. The kebab meat is in the middle for me. I don't recommend a doner pita.

I ordered an Ivo pita for 5 € and just didn't have any kebab meat, just a complete disappointment.

Waiting times for phone orders are far too long. Sometimes up to 2 hours. And then not even a little discount.

Good concept for current hygiene measures, we were served quickly and friendly. It is not possible to pay at the table, therefore deducting a star. Otherwise, quite good overall, because the food was not a culinary delight, but definitely enjoyable.

Was very tasty and the prices are okay. The service is also quite nice. Would love to come back.

Today we also received incomplete food again, then the salad with tuna which was really bad you could smell when you opened the lid. We were totally disappointed 😠 we are full!

I usually don't write reviews, but today I am very disappointed with this shop! It takes an hour for the order to be delivered, okay, it may be that there is a lot going on, including the fact that a dish slips in the packaging and everything is soaked - free. But that the dishes are again delivered incomplete, the breaded sheep's cheese consists almost entirely of breading, the salad garnish is already brown and slippery and stinks, I think is cheeky! That's not how you deal with customers. We will no longer order from Mangal!

We have been waiting for our food for 1 hour and 40 minutes - in between we called and they said their food would come at 10.45 p.m. They've been closed for a long time. Just ridiculous

That was really great! Online order placed, max. 5 seconds and it will be shown when delivery is made. And then the bell rings a quarter of an hour earlier! The pizza and kebab roll were still hot !! and the salad cold. Keep it up, I'm thrilled how easy it works 👍👍👍

I think it's delicious, and they're always friendly. I've been eating there for years.

Ordered online. Delivery went faster than expected. Point deduction for missing extra sauce ordered (second time in a row). Really annoying. Money is also collected for extra sauces.

Delicious meal. Sometimes takes a long time. I once waited 40min for my takeaway food even though I was the first to order.

Difficulties on the phone order it we do not belong to and they have not found my street and eat completely vesiftes that is the remoulade that is there on the meat is even MC Donalds better goes to ISTANBUL
